The Division III Commissioners Association (DIIICA) conducted a comprehensive assessment of officiating and recently unveiled its 12-month long project, "A Strategic Analysis of the State of Collegiate Officiating". Read more about this endeavor HERE.

In its ongoing efforts to continue the conversation about the project and its next steps, Adrienne Mullikin, Commissioner of the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) and a member of the DIIICA's Officiating Committee, was featured on the Season 2 premiere of The Inside D3 Show.

Host Morgan Cheatham, who is a former Division III student-athlete, and Mullikin dive into the unique challenges that currently face collegiate officiating at all levels. Mullikin also shares her love for Division III athletics and how she came back to find a home in the Division after some time at the Division I level.
